Our Facilities
We are freeway-close in historic Old Town. Our center was founded in 1995 and named for dedicated volunteer Harold J. Ballard, a testament to the importance in our district of parent outreach and engagement. We provide:

In addition to parent education, the Harold J. Ballard Parent Center also provides staff trainings to strengthen the partnership with families, materials to support the academic and social development of children. A meeting place for parent groups:
