FREE Computer Workshops for Families

The Family Engagement Department collaborates with school communities to offer computer workshops. Computers are a part of our students’ learning at all grades. It is important that families/caregivers have the computer skills necessary to support their child’s learning at home and to ensure their safety online

Internet Safety

Parents will learn ways to monitor their children’s use of the Internet and ideas on how to keep them safe.

Email

In this hands-on class, parents will learn to set up a free email address in order to facilitate communication with school staff.

Parent Portal (Coming soon)

Parents will learn to use the district’s PowerSchool Parent Portal program, a web-based application that allows parents to monitor their student’s attendance, grades, test scores and other important information.
